I've been making a lot of changes in my life as you can tell from my last post.
I wanted to share some of the tricks I use to keep my good vibes flowing. Here are some examples of how I keep my vibe in a nice frequency range:
1. Only have positive things and people in your home, office, car, & life. For example, I had a STOP sign on my wall. I took it down due to STOP is not a very positive thing. I like to keep the energy flowing. Another example - paintings have very significant meanings. Only keep paintings/pictures around that are what you want in your life.
GET RID OF NEGATIVE PEOPLE! Anyone who brings stress or negativity in your life - get em out.
Write yourself notes like "Enjoy every moment" or "surrender" and hang them places you can see them to remind you of your good vibes.
2. Colors - I wear different colors & have different colors all over my home & office. If you check out the seven chakras you can see which colors evoke what energy fields. Food color is also a factor in fuel for your body. Also, all of your chakras align with your endocrine glands.

3. Keep post it notes in random places all over your home, car office, etc. - When you look at them it is a reminder for you to take a deep breath. I sometimes write affirmations on them such as "I am full of love & light"and as I take the breath I recite the affirmation in my mind.
4. Meditation - even if you meditate for only 3 minutes a day, it helps with staying in the moment. Enjoying every moment is what life is all about. Now is all we have.
Some people don't know how to meditate. Here is a good article to get you going: http://www.gaiam.com/discover/158/article/meditation-101-techniques-benefits-and-a-beginners-how-to
5. Exercise - Take at least a 10 minute walk everyday. It is calming and gets your endorphins going. I try to also do stretching such as yoga or pilates. There are good Youtube videos of how to practice. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5qr7VBQer58
6. Relax - Drink a cup of tea, read a book, color a picture, sit on your couch in silence. I take 1 hour in the morning to relax or when I get home in the evening.
There is a study that shows working in 90 minute intervals increases productivity. Try to take breaks as much as you can to clear your mind.
TV is a thing I am trying to avoid now even though it is a nice way to relax. It is nice to watch movies on the weekends and some shows. I try to keep my TV time to an hour or 2 a day at maximum now. Most of the time I like enjoying the nature channels.
7. Journal - journaling is a great way to keep track of your moods and how certain things affect you. It also is a great outlet to get your thoughts and feelings out to a third party unbiased opinion.
8. Set goals - setting goals for yourself - REALISTIC goals - is a great way to keep your good vibes flowing. When you accomplish something - it feels good!
9. Set an intention - an intention is an "I Am" statement that may not be true now. If you repeatedly say it to your self over and over again in your mind and out load (pray on it) you will will it into existence.
Example: "I am fearless"; "I am love unconditionally"; "I forever live in the present moment"
10. If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all - tell people how nice they look, smile even if you don't feel like it, speak words with optimism and respect. Keep those negative thoughts floating on a leaf down a river in your mind.
Hope this inspires you to keep your good energy flowing. If you are having good energy - it rubs off on people. Positive energy is 3 times stronger then negative energy!!
Peace, Love, & Music,
Lauren
